Massive Pec Man and others

It's been a while so I decided to post some doodles. Wish I had some finished pics to post, but I wouldn't want to post the pics that I've done for others until they've posted them on their own site. So in the meantime, doodles are on par for the day. Hope you like.



This guy was a sketch I started working on in reference to a Lord of the rings battle of the which I never entered cause I never finished the piece. Did this within the last 2 weeks.



The guy on the bottom is something I sketched up today while on break. I call him massive pecs man. His name speaks for itself.

I'll be posting more once the hustle and bustle slow down (not that I want it too cause it means I'm making money : ) )

Couldn't quite come up with an adequate name for this guy as of yet... maybe later.

I've been watching this show and i've done a few sketches on my take on some characters. For now I'm posting 2.

Squared

Didn't know what to call this guy. I made him by pushing and pulling squares in Illustrator, thus the name. Maybe i'll use him for animation in Flash. Working on simplifying characters.

Lil Monster

This is a post for monster week on Art Jumble.

Did a PS sketch, then resketched in Illustrator, then colored in PS. I was too lazy to use the pen tool on this guy, but I like the uneven lines it produced.

The Novelist

This is a character design for my next big animation project. It's gonna be a music vid of my man Marcus Pittman "AKA" The Novelist. He's got a hot cd and I wanted to pay homage by doing an animated vid.

I wanted to put that out there, to hold myself accountable : ).

As you can see i've been doodling small gifs to get back into the habit and mindset of motion.

I may change the clothing slightly and may rework the colors a bit for this one... who knows.. C & C welcome.

Working on Animating

Trying to get back into the swing of Animation, so I did this little diddy for that purpose. Artistic beauty was not a serious concern here as you can see. Hope you like. I'm trying to work on timing... more to definitely come.

Trent Strong

I came across an old project, that I may update and revamp. The characters name is trent strong, and I've had a number of developments for this particular character over the years. I may revisit my original designs for this and ad some animation.

This is an intro animation (definitely nothing special). This was when I was first learning flash... I may post my first ever flash project as well. At the time I was over joyed with the results... now... I'm shooting for higher heights : )
